Esthiology Program Overview
Skincare and Health
Good skincare is not only important to your appearance, but also to your health. In fact, your skin is the largest organ in your body, serving as a protector from germs, harmful UV rays and other intruders. And just as it protects us, we need to protect it. Esthiology plays a key role in helping us look and feel our very best. Plus, a little pampering never hurt anyone either!
Facials are one of the many skills our esthiology diploma program students learn.
A Confident Appearance
A clear and glowing complexion can go a long way in boosting a person’s confidence. If you are looking for the right esthetician education, your search ends with the esthiology diploma program at Minnesota School of Cosmetology. Through MSC’s esthetician training, you will gain a solid foundation in the anatomy, physiology and chemistry of the skin so you can provide individualized care for each of your clients based on their skin type, conditions and concerns. Through our esthiology diploma program, you will also lean a variety of techniques to give the skin a great finishing look, including various make-up applications and waxing services.

What makes the Minnesota School of Cosmetology’s esthiology program different?
Our esthiology diploma program has been developed by talented, caring, real-world professionals, many of whom still work in the field. We give our esthiology students experience in skincare, waxing, make-up, application of facials, and more.
We have developed an esthiology diploma program with unique projects and classroom experiences that are designed to engage the college student and the client. Because most of our school instructors still work in the esthiology field, our students are kept up-to-date on trends and learn the latest techniques.
Because this is a short-term, full-time program, our esthiology students have the ability to get out working in their new career quickly.
