If you’ve been thinking about a career in cosmetology, this is your chance to get a first-hand look into what makes Minnesota School of Cosmetology (MSC) a cut above. Join us at our Woodbury or Plymouth campus from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, for the opportunity to learn more about scholarships for high school students, network with instructors, and more.
There will also be an opportunity to take a scholarship test from 10:50-11:15 a.m. (*PLEASE NOTE* The scholarship test is only open to graduating high school seniors.)
4 hour CORE Course (Safety and Sanitation)

Cost: $20 for Alumni – $40 for anyone else.
Can pay by credit or Debit card over the phone or cash in person. No refunds will be given for not attending.
This class is required to renew your Operator/Salon Managers License every 3 years. This class is in person and is Taught by Leslie Roste from Barbicide.
Leslie Roste, R.N. Leslie is the National Director of Education and Market Development, King Research/Barbicide. She develops curriculum for beauty schools to teach Infection Control in the classroom setting. She also presents Infection Control in the Salon and Spa setting to state inspectors, educators, cosmetologist and estheticians. She works closely with corporate clients to develop protocols about Infection Control within their salons. Leslie developed curriculum for Barbicide certification of salons and spas. She is also a former Infection Control Coordinator for Bethany Providence Medical Center.
