Class Content
Through theory classes, practical classes and clinical floor training, students at our Minnesota cosmetology school learn to perform a variety of beauty services that cover all aspects of the beauty industry. These services include shampooing, hair cutting, hair styling, make-up application, temporary and permanent hair waving, hair straightening, hair coloring, bleaching and tinting, manicuring, facials, various skin and scalp treatments, as well as salon management and interpersonal communication skills.
The cosmetology program is designed with individual students in mind and providing skills and information based on current trends in the field of cosmetology.

After successfully completing the cosmetology program and passing the state board examination to become a licensed cosmetologist, students have several career options:
